  devhelp:  The whole left side of the application, including the table

  The whole left side of the application, including the table of
  content, is being clipped (cropped).  See screenshot provided.  There
  is no mean to see the beginning of the left side.

  Minimizing the window does not help.  There is no horizontal
  scrollbar.
