Status in evince package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

  A PDF file I have displays fine in Evince. Upon printing it I discover
  only one page prints correctly. This problem can also be seen in Print
  Preview. Problematic file attached. All works correctly in Adobe
  Reader 9 (in partner repos I believe)
