  Evince opens PDFs completely above screen, not listed in task-list or
  alt-tab

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

  The first time I open any PDF file, evince always opens completely
  above the screen. The only way I can get at it is to hit alt-space to
  get a window menu, then move the window down. Evince doesn't show up
  in the task/window-list on the bottom of the screen, and can't be
  reached via alt-tab.

  Killing evince, and opening the PDF a second time displays it
  properly.

  Deleting ~/.gnome2/evince didn't help.

  Running compiz in Ubuntu Maverick.
