Title:
  Bioconductor/R desinstallation

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I upgrade ubuntu at work on Friday, before I had oneric (from the official website).
This morning after starting my computer, I tried to program using R language and several packages (bioconductor : minet and verification) but both of them were not installed anymore. I had to re-instal them like if they never had been on my computer.
  Good luck !
