[Bug 1264369] Re: Two password prompts when waking from suspend
upower 0.99 (in Ubuntu 15.04) drops suspend handling, so this is
obsolete.

Bug description:
if I suspend my laptop and then wake it, I often get a password
prompt, and then when unlocked I see the desktop momentarily and then
it locks again, making me type the password a second time.
