[Bug 970813] Re: suspend and resume functionality stopped working as of Beta2
upower 0.99 (in Ubuntu 15.04) drops suspend handling, so this is
obsolete.

Bug description:
Prior to the beta 2 update, I could suspend and resume with a very
good success rate. Ever since the beta 2 update, when resuming from a
standby state, I get a black screen. There is no mouse cursor, and
there is no blinking cursor.
