  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1403656). Remaining changes:
    + debian/patches/ubuntu-example-feeds.patch:
      - add the Ubuntu-uk Podcast (LP: #900214).
    + debian/patches/add_X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain.patch: refreshed.
    + debian/patches/port-to-messaging-menu.patch.
    + debian/patches/libunity.patch.
    + debian/control: build-depends on libmessaging-menu-dev libunity-dev.
    + debian/rules: enable messaging-menu.

Bug description:
  Liferea 1.6.6b-0ubuntu on Oneiric/Precise has one podcast in the
  example feeds. Perhaps we could get the Ubuntu Podcast made by the UK
  LoCo team added to the default feeds?

  http://podcast.ubuntu-uk.org/feed is a feed which contains an ogg
  audio enclosure and has been tested to work in the above version of
  Liferea.

  The content is English & 'Family Friendly'.
