Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-panel

  Gnome-panel application appears unresponsive.  Problem occurs
  intermittently.

  Issuing a 'pkill gnome-panel' command temporarily solves the problem
  (by forcing the gnome-panel to reload).
