[Bug 106381] Re: Locale es_MX doesn't have "t_fmt_ampm" and "am_pm" defined

 

@Dan Jared: the patch contains unrelated changes: for example, the
thousand separator is modified, but that is not related to this bug
report (which only deals with defining a.m./p.m.) nor does it abide to
RAE/ASALE rules, which state that the thousands separator should be a
no-break space instead of a comma or a dot (see Fundéu as well). Please
limit the patch to just what is being requested here.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: locales

  /usr/share/i18n/locales/es_MX lacks definition for am_pm and
  t_fmt_ampm.

  Same problem as in launchpad bug 38892.
