Title:
URLs in package descriptions should be clickable

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  Triaged
Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

Pretty much the same as #454246: links in program descriptions are not
  clickable.

How to reproduce: open Software Center, search for, e.g. "tucan" or restricted extras.
  Expected results: links are clickable.
Actual results: links are not clickable (and #732041 makes it even worse).
