  3) What is expected to happen is when one prints the following file

  4) What happens instead is one sees blank pages printing to a physical
  printer, or printing to PostScript, and reopening in either gv or
  evince.

  WORAKROUND: Sending the same file directly to the printer using "lpr"
  works fine.

  WORKAROUND: Use Firefox's built-in PDF viewer to print.
