Eva Myers, thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping
to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been
fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Vivid Vervet.
This is a significant bug in Ubuntu. If you need a fix for the bug in
previous versions of Ubuntu, please perform as much as possible of the
SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's attention.

Bug description:
Open any PDF file with page size smaller than A4 in evince (an example is attached).
Go to File -> Print.
Select a printer, or select Print to File and set output format to PostScript.
Go to Page Handling and check that Shrink to Printable Area is selected and Auto-Rotate and Center is ticked.
Click Print.
If you used Print to File, print the PostScript file with lpr.
What I expected to happen:
The printout to be centered.
What happened instead:
The printout was in the top left corner of each page.
