poglaz, to see if this is already solved, could you please test for this
in a live environment of http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
and advise if this is still reproducible with your Ricoh SP 202SN?

  Evince can't print guillemets sometimes

Status in evince package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  What is expected to happen is when one opens
  https://launchpadlibrarian.net/179309521/example.pdf in Evince and
  prints to either a Canon Pixma MG3540 or a Ricoh SP 202SN, it prints
  correctly.

  What happens instead is it is missing certain characters as noted in
  screenshot https://launchpadlibrarian.net/179309843/scan.jpg .

  WORKAROUND: Print via LibreOffice Draw.
