  Eclipse's new scroll bars don't show up

  Binary package hint: eclipse

  The new scroll bar replacements that Natty and Unity is doing for many
  apps, the scroll handle does not show up. You the orange scroll
  location bar shows up and you can scroll with the middle mouse button
  only.
