  Stickykeys disabled on reboot

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I turn on Universal Access > Typing > Sticky Keys

  Works fine until I reboot, then it stops working (but is still
  selected in Universal Access > Typing).

  Turning it off then back on in Universal Access > Typing fixes it.
