  Screen flickers when wobbly windows is activated in compiz

Bug description:
  After my recent upgrade from Ububtu 12.04 to 12.10, my screen flickers
  so radically that I am almost unable to get to a button to click when
  I activate wobbly windows via compiz. When ww is deactivated, viewing
  is normal.
