  compiz crashed with SIGSEGV in removeDisplayModal() from
  FadeWindow::removeDisplayModal() from CompScreen::handleEvent() from
  PrivateScaleScreen::handleEvent()

Bug description:
  While trying to setup the static application switcher in ccsm, compiz
  crashed. I changed the alt-tab and shift-alt-tab hot keys for unity
  before trying to activate it. Other conflicts popped up and I selected
  the rightmost option 'disable the keys' or something like it. Still
  crashed. Upon restarting it worked fine. Just reporting in case the
  info can be useful to developpers!
