exist, then report again using ubuntu-bug.

  Launcher bar does not appear everytime I move the mouse to the left
  screen edge

  Sometimes, much too often, the launcher bar to the left of the screen
  does not appear when I want to. I try moving the mouse to the left
  edge of the screen, but nothing happens.
