I'm afraid I don't currently possess the Huawei E3276 USB-stick. It was
Drafting back my work so i had to get the Huawei with builtin WLAN to deal
with the problem.

  My Huawei LTE Stick (E3276) will not recognized correctly on Ubuntu 13.04 (Same problem on my Workstation).

  
  How to Reproduce:

  1.) Plug in the Huawei E3276 Stick to the USB Port
