Title:
Chromium not working until password dialog answered

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: chromium-browser

If you start Chromium and it opens a lot of tabs/windows from last
session and one of them includes a HTTP basic auth displaying a login
dialog, the browser is not usable until that dialog is answered. What
makes this annoying is that the dialog might just be visible in
another window/tab and not pop up when you try to use the browser.
