Agreed, libgtksourceview-3.0-0 last appeared in precise, so that C/R is
obsolete now.

  Please sync gtksourceview3 3.14.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge with Debian, remaining Ubuntu changes:
    * debian/control:
      - Let the common C/R the old soname binary for upgrades (lp: #1185092)
      - Correct GTK+ version dependency for -dev package
      - Build-depend on dh-autoreconf
    * debian/rules:
      - Build using dh-autoreconf.
  dh-autoreconf sees to be unneeded now, gtk change is unneeded, soname change was already dropped

  Changelog entries since current vivid version 3.12.3-1ubuntu1:

  gtksourceview3 (3.14.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * New upstream release.
    * Update Homepage URL.
    * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6. No further changes.
