https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/823155
I Found the solution.
Recently I downloaded Libre Office 4.4 Dev x64 and the sound for custom
animations worked!! ;) It seems that they have fixed this bug. When the
next stable Libreoffice will be released we will have no problem!!!
I am using Xubuntu 14.10 x64. Post me back if it worked for you!

Title:
Libreoffice: Sound fails to play on custom animation
Status in LibreOffice Productivity Suite:
Confirmed
Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Sounds on Libreoffice fail to play when added to custom animation. To
reproduce:
-Find a suitable mp3/wav/ogg file.
-Make a new object (e.g. picture, fontwork, shape) and add custom animation to it.
-Select the sound file you prepared and add it under effect options.
-The sound effects that come with libreoffice fail to play also.
The sound plays on the preview, but on the actual slide show it is not
heard.
