Title:
  "Test Flash" button not working

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When going into "System Settings > Universal Access > Hearing":
  Test_Flash_Not_Working.bmp

  And once I have turned on the feature, and press the Test Flash
  button, nothing happens. No flash. And I have tried it many times, but
  still nothing.
