Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

  From 10 days or more GNOME desktop is having no wallpaper. When i try
  to set it i got this:

  (gnome-appearance-properties:6838): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **:
  g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

  I am attaching a scr.shot so you can see what i am talking about
