  system is running in low-graphics mode

Bug description:
  
  After update I reboot for use latest kernel and I can't entry because I get: "The system is running in low-graphics mode”.
  Any of the options returns to same state. The "Show log" options are empty.

  I entry to console and install GDM and it works.
