Issue: Dragging a launcher icon half over launcher and desktop during
program start sometimes leaves a ghost image of the icon and unity
stops responding to mouse actions in the presence of this ghost icon
  image.

Additional info:- Starting the same program again removes the ghost
image and unity starts responding normal again.

  Action:
#. Click on Ubuntu Software Center or Gedit or any other program on the launcher.
#. While it's starting drag the icon.
#. Drag the icon half over the launcher and desktop.
#. Wait for the program to start.
#. Repeat the above steps a few times
#. observe that a ghost icon image is created and its stuck near the launcher as shown in screenshot.
