Bug description:
  Week 33 - Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal with ppa:timo-jyrinki/prerelease on
  machine with Intel card

  See screenshot - Gnome-power-statistics tool opens a blank white
  window, only the top bar of the window is seen with the name "Power
  Statistics-processor wakeups" displayed on it and with all 3 buttons
  visible (close, minimize, maximize)

  - Open dash
  - Search for gnome-power-statistics
  - Open it
