Title:
greeter: wifi prompt steals focus from user login password input
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Status in unity-greeter package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
In the unity greeter, a user selects an account and types a password and presses ">" or enter to login.
While typing the password, sometimes a wifi prompt pops up and steals focus from the password prompt.
* It is disruptive and leaves the typed login password incomplete/incorrect.
* It is redundant, because when almost having completed the login it is faster to login and let Ubuntu connect to the wifi automatically.
* The wifi prompt asks for a wifi password that it never remembers.
