Bug description:
  * Launch onboard settings
   * find the agencing layout tab
   * clic on the 'about' button ("à propos" in french)
   * the popup with only an icon and button appears

  (cf the attached screenshot)

  Using ppa:onboard/stable on Ubuntu 13.10, with French as default
  system language
