Bug description:
  [Impact]
Sometimes clicking on a login entry doesn't scroll to it.

  [Test case]
  1. Ensure there are at least six entries on the login screen (e.g. six users)
  2. Go to the login screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom entry
  4. Click on the entry above the selected one
  5. Repeat step 4 until you reach the top

  Expected result:
You are able to select each item until you reach the top

  Observed result:
You are only able to select the first two times. Then clicking has no effect.

  [Regression Potential]
Risk of breaking other layout / input behaviour. Regression tests continue to pass and manual testing has not indicated any side effects.
