Title:
  Logging in doesn't load unity desktop on admin account

Bug description:
  When I log into my main account my desktop doesn't load.

  If I log in as a guest user I've no issue and desktop loads

  In order to get main account to work I need to go to to TTY1 and run

  GSETTINGS_BACKEND=memory COMPIZ_CONFIG_PROFILE=ubuntu DISPLAY=:0
  compiz --replace

  followed by

  sudo restart lightdm

  This seems to restart my main account and loads up unity as normal, it
  doesn't display my side bar as I'd expect but does load the default
  applications to the side menu.
