[Bug 1366385] Re: libgnome-control-center1 should be a conditional dependency

With https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/activity-log-
manager/0.9.7-0ubuntu14.1, I can remove libgnome-control-center1 without
removing activity-log-manager.

$ apt list activity-log-manager libgnome-control-center1
Listing... Done
activity-log-manager/trusty-updates,trusty-proposed,now 0.9.7-0ubuntu14.1 amd64 [installed,auto-removable]
libgnome-control-center1/trusty-updates 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu56.1 amd64

Title:
  libgnome-control-center1 should be a conditional dependency

Status in activity-log-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I use unity-control-center instead of gnome-control-center, but
  activity-log-manager depends on libgnome-control-center1 and forces me
  to install a package I don't need.

  The dependency should instead be
  libunity-control-center1 (>= 14.04.0) | libgnome-control-center1 (>= 1:2.91.2)
