Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu 13.04 64bit stable...
apt-cache policy unity
unity:
Installed: 7.0.0daily13.04.18~13.04-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 7.0.0daily13.04.18~13.04-0ubuntu1
Version table:
*** 7.0.0daily13.04.18~13.04-0ubuntu1 0

100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Sometime I'm getting strange behavior on the window restore effect.
It's something like race condition, cause it doesn't seem
deterministic!
I think that the minimize effect is meshed with the restore effect.
It's annoying because it is taking longer to restore...
To explain better the problem I've made a video presenting this
strange behavior http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMtkJOAgIZs
