  Long pressed key works once again after realising

Bug description:
  If a key is pressed for a long time to repeat, after realising it
  works once again. For example, when scrolling directory with Midnight
  Commander, then the cursor after realising moves to one more line. It
  appears in all applications. Ubuntu 12.10, 64b.
