Bug description:
The data elements in the Program Stages in the demo database for the NBITS does not have the data elements in the order in which they are given to the beneficiaries. 

e.g. In Child Health Program --> in Stage: 2 years and above, we have:

Tetanus Toxoid (TT) 10 *        	
	Vitamin A ( dose 7) *  	
 	Vitamin A ( dose 5) *  	
 	Vitamin A ( dose 9) * 	
 	Vitamin A ( dose 4) * 

The Vitamin doses are not in order and needs to be fixed
