Running server trunk r2920, the dhis-demo with one user and one mobile dataset added.
The server is delivering what seems correct (http://localhost:8080/api/orgUnits/559/all):

</datasets>
</mobileModel>

r87 of client trunk shows empty community module functionality instead
of facility part.

  client-only-downloads-activity-plans

Status in DHIS Mobile:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Current trunk version (87) only downloads activity plans, even though
  the user has been assigned to an orgunit, and the orgunit has been
  assigned to a dataset. Does not happen in version 0.6.
