Testing with http://dhis.uio.no/test2 seem to give the same problem.

Bug description:
  Current trunk version (87) only downloads activity plans, even though
  the user has been assigned to an orgunit, and the orgunit has been
  assigned to a dataset. Does not happen in version 0.6.
