  Activity plan lacks sorting

Status in DHIS Mobile:

Bug description:
  Seems that there is no order to the activity plan, neither for the
  grouping list (village) or for the beneficiary list.

  For the second on, it might be because the beneficiaries don't have
  last name registered?
