Hi devs,

lets go for a feature freeze on Monday morning (13th).


Go through all of your features for 2.19 and:


1. do proper testing using *realistic* data / scenarios

2. make sure there is a blueprint for each major feature on the launchpad
release page <https://launchpad.net/dhis2/+milestone/2.19>

3. make sure you have documented the features where appropriate in user
<https://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/user/html/dhis2_user_manual_en.html>
guide or api
<https://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/developer/html/ch01.html> docs


We aim at releasing at the end of next week.
