More struts modules to kill :)

Briefly looking index.html,  we have font-awesome in
dhis-web-commons-resources. I guess it is only me using it currently. If
4.4.0 is required for settings, we can update and use from commons instead
of from cdn. We also have jquery in commons, though an older version...

Was also excited to test, but got this...
