Hi devs,

regarding custom apps configuration - there is a new property in dhis.conf
which must be set for loading of custom apps to work in trunk:

# System base URL
system.base_url = https://www.server.com

This refers to the base URL of your web server.

Second, the option for custom location for storing apps on your server has
been removed. The only option now is serving apps through the web api,
which defaults to storing apps at DHIS2_HOME/apps.

If you had a custom location for apps you can simply re-install them.
