Hi, just a follow up on the tech writer / documentation discussion today.
We plan to create a web-based portal for learning, with user guide (how-to
style), tutorials, implementation guide, use cases, screen casts. Something
like this:

Would be cool if the learning portal can follow material style, i.e. the
same style as DHIS 2 itself. One can then have an app inside DHIS 2 called
"Learning" or similar which simply opens the portal in a new tab, which
will give the impression of embedded documentation...

Maybe too much but for offline installs one could even package the entire
learning portal as an app and ship it with the software.
