Hi guys

Just pushed in some code as part of the web-api versioning blueprint. I had
to remove <mvc:annotation-driven /> from servlet.xml and recreate it all
using manually configured beans.

Please let me know if you see any oddities in the API, from testing it
seems fine, but there might be some edge cases I haven't configured the
beans for.
