Hi devs,

just a gentle reminder, we have a code freeze one week from now (17th). So
lets go into release mode and focus on getting the basics in place. As
always, we do not need features to be perfect for the first iteration but
the basics need to work.

High priorities are:

- data set maintenance
- tracker entity instance notifications
- push reports

As always, if you are stuck, feel free to ask for help from others...
