Public bug reported:

Maintenance --> Datasets, when we select Add new dataset, the new add new dataset creation page comes up. When we click on the move selected button to move dataelements from Available data elements to Selected data elements, the data element names are converted to lowercase.
They should remain in the same case as it was written when it is created.
