Hi Lester,

The help file you must add and edit manually. It is located here:
dhis-2\dhis-web\dhis-web-commons-resources\src\main\webapp\dhis-web-commons\help

Just make a copy of the help_en_GB.vm file and call it help_es_ES.vm. Then
you can edit the file in any text editor and preview it in your browser.
