Actually initially i thought after getting your suggestion that i need
to go first to user setting --> sort order and here needs to change the
value to "custom" but after doing all when i come to know that there is
no such improvement so i thought it may be possible that the change in
the user setting is not getting saved properly that's why we can't see
the desired sorting in the DataElement page.So it may be possible that
the problem area is not near the dataelement page but the problem is
here near the  user setting page and that might be not reflecting the
persistence so it needs "Save"  button means it needs something to save
the change. But if it is persisting then it might be no need of ''Save"
button. :)

Bug description:
Data Elements and Indicator --> Data Element --> Sort Button

And here when i click Sort Button and start changing the data element short order but it looks that the order has been changed but when i come back to the dataelement page here i did not find the desired change in the order of specified datalement.

It means it is not working properly. and worse thing is that this bug is about to include in the DHIS2 Indian version local application which is going to be used by lots of non technical users.
