Sorry , for poor explanations

I can access my Web server from Ubuntu Server in office (www.zanhealth.info.
and other local ) but can not be accessed from out side (weather from the
office or any other internet connection.

I thought, it is a problem with firewall, but I set them in the lowest
level.

 Dear all,

Few days ago , I had a problem with my server, Network interface card
striked by a lightining. as a result system was not working in its best
efficence.

I changed, NIC . After few configurations and few challenges because, server
now
has got 4 NIC ports, Two of them, I have disabled, system was ok again.

For some reasons, I can access the web site from my server, but not from any

other computer. I think there is a problem with security or other necessary
configurations.
Is anybody have an idea what is wrong?  did we do any configuration at last
time.

The problem is biting my ass. so Any help ASAP will be appriciated.
