Hi Suleiman,
Well, it looks like it's a firewall issue or a routing issue. I tried to
access it with the IP address 196.41.62.90, it responds to ping but port 80
and 22 are not open or not reachable.
Here are my suggestions (from within):
1. Make sure you have no iptables rules that are set to DROP as the default
policy. This typically happens when you flush your rules while you have your
policy set to DROP. Then you've locked yourself out.
Verify with "iptables -L" to make sure that the policy isn't DROP.
2. SELinux (unlikely if you are using ubuntu):
if you have SELinux, use "setenforce 0" to turn off the selinux temprarly.
3. Stop any firewall programs you may be using.
4. Check the default gateway "route -n"
5. The support guy suggestion: "Shut up and reboot"
