DHIS1.3 to 1.4 conversion error!

Hi,

I have a task to convert DHIS1.3 databse to 1.4. Using upgrade option provided by 1.4 gives the following error and deletes any created files and exits:
"The Microsoft Office Access database engine could not find the object 'survey'. Make sure the object exists and that you spelled its name and path name correctly"
Any ideas?
